Property Information

Planning a retreat, family vacation or just need some alone time? Jamnick Vacation Rental is your ‘go-to’ source for all the convenience and comfort guaranteed for a memorable occasion. For over 15 years, our featured services are tailored around accommodation, transportation and car rentals. 

Accommodation:

At Jamnick Vacation Rentals, we offer accommodation for daily, long term and short term use.  Our spacious, fully furnished and air conditioned villas are located in one of Jamaica’s finest gated communities, in close proximity to various beaches, restaurants and entertainment. Our villas include a full decked out kitchen, fitted with oven, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. The master bedrooms have their own ensuite with bath and shower. Your package/stay includes access to the pool, a private beach, gym, complementary WiFi throughout the property & house helper service if required at an additional charge . Guests can enjoy a meal at the on site eatery in the Country Store which is also equipped with a convenience store and a pharmacy. At Jamnick Vacation Rental, we strive to offer an experience beyond home.

Transportation:

Jamnick Vacation Rentals transportation services target the needs of residents and visitors to our beautiful island of Jamaica. We offer prompt, reliable and professional service and arrange your tours for an enjoyable experience. We co-ordinate your transportation schedules and accessibility to any location, whether by a chartered tour, a vehicle rental or with a hired driver. This service offers travel to local events, airport pick up and drop offs, weddings, and long and short trips. At Jamnick Vacation Rentals, we synchronize tropical comfort and culture with an easy comfortable ride, as our drivers share with you historical and cultural information about our island and lifestyle. Welcome!

Reservation Policy

Check-In & Check-Out:

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM

  • Check-Out Time: By 11 am

  • Please inform Jamnick Vacation Rentals of your expected arrival time in advance.

  •  You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Important Notes:

  • All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Guests are required to show a photo ID at check-in.

Damage Deposit:

  • A $200 cash refundable damage deposit is collected at check-in.

  • The deposit is refunded within 3 days of checkout.

Payment Policy:

  • A prepayment of 25% of the total price is required after reservation.

  • Full payment must be made on or before arrival via:

  • Cash

  • Credit card (4% non-refundable card processing fee applies)

  • Bank transfer

Cancellation Policy:

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

  • 1st night cost if cancelled within 14 days.

  • No-show: 25% of the total cost.
