We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a clear understanding of our terms, services, and policies. This document explains how we collect, use, and store your personal information, as well as the terms associated with booking and staying with us.

When you visit or conduct a transaction on our website, we collect personal information you provide to us such as your name, address, email address, and payment details. In addition, we automatically collect information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, login details, computer and connection information, and browsing activity, including page response times, length of visits to pages, and interactions on our site.

We collect both personal and non-personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate our services, including reservation management

  • To offer ongoing customer assistance and technical support

  • To send general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages

  • To generate aggregated statistical data to improve our services

  • To comply with any applicable laws and regulations

Our business is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which provides the online platform that allows us to offer our products and services. Your data is securely stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and applications. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company comply with the PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, ensuring secure handling of credit card information.

We may contact you to notify you about your account, reservations, resolve disputes, collect fees, request feedback, or send updates about our company. Contact may be made via email, telephone, text messages, or postal mail.

When making a reservation, please note our check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Guests are encouraged to inform us of their expected arrival time in advance using the Special Requests box when booking or by contacting us directly. Guests are required to show valid photo identification at check-in.

A 25% prepayment of the total reservation price is charged after booking. Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in if paid by credit card, or on arrival by cash or bank transfer. Please note that a 4% fee applies to all credit card payments made onsite.

Our cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. If canceled within 14 days of arrival, a charge equal to the first night’s stay will apply. In the event of a no-show, the total booking amount will be charged.

A refundable damage deposit of $200 in cash is collected at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out or within 3 days after check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Services such as airport transportation, car and van rentals, and tours are available onsite through Jamnick Car Rentals.
